Ingredients
- low fat Greek yoghurt (you can also use fat fee quark if you prefer or thick yoghurt)
- a pack of jelly
- granola or any breakfast cereal
- artificial sweeter
- vanilla flavouring

Preparation
Step 1
make the jelly as the instruction on the pack state. pour in to small dishes but only half fill each dish.
leave to set.
Step 2
mix the Greek yoghurt with a few drops of vanilla flavouring and artificial sweeter to taste.
spoon the mixture on to the set jelly.
Step 3
crush your chosen cereal in to random clumps and sprinkle on top of the yoghurt as am topping.
