Step 1
in the bottle add a few sun dried tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
a few cherry peppers split open
a few sprinkles of your favourite herbs.
fill the bottle with the olive oil. seal it with the lid on tightly and leave to sit around for a minimum of a week. then enjoy.
