- 4 garlic cloves, peeled & crushed
- small bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 75g fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200c/Gas Mark 7. Make the garlic butter by combining the garlic, butter & parsley in a small bowl and set aside. Beat the two eggs and pour into a shallow, wide bowl.
Step 2
Spray a large oven tray with Frylight. Prepare the kievs by cutting a small pocket into each chicken breast and filling each pocket with a spoonful of the buter mixture.
Step 3
Sprinkle each chicken breast with flour, then dip into egg and then breadcrumbs, ensuring that the chicken is completely covered.
Step 4
Repeat with each chicken breast and place onto the tray. Spray with Frylight & bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until the chicken is completely cooked through.
