- 250g chapatti brown flour
- 200g cooked spinach
- 200ml water or soy milk
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Blend the spinach in a food processor with nutmeg and salt until it resembles a smooth puree.
Step 2
Add the spinach to the flour in a bowl and slowly incorporate the rest of the water or milk. The dough will be quite sticky.
Step 3
Set aside for 30 minutes, then cook in salted water until they start floating and serve with the condiment of your choice.
