Ingredients
- Natural seitan
- 250g cooked cannellini beans
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp miso
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Slice seitan about 1/2cm thick, sprinkle with salt and brush with a little olive oil, then bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the remaining ingredients together, adding cooking water of the beans if necessary to achieve a sauce.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the slices of seitan and leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours. Serve cold.
