  • Butter or margarine
  • Marmite
  • cheese grated - 2-4ox
  • 2 eggs
  • small splash of milk
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

butter the bread, remove the crusts if preferred, then spread with Marmite.
layer in a shallow dish with cheese sprinkled between the layers

Step 2

Mix egg milk and a pinch of salt and pour over bread and cheese, press and leave to soak for 10 min

Step 3

Bake at 160-180 degrees for 20-25 min until puffy and gold on the top, Eat Enjoy Call Mum.
