  • 350 g cake crumbs
  • 150 g butter
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons rum or amaretto OR you can use rum essence

Step 1

Using a hand held mixer combine softened butter, condensed milk, cocoa power, syrup and rum. Pour the cake crumbs in to the mixture and combine well, you should have something that looks like dough. Take some dough and start forming small balls. Roll the balls in cocoa mixed with icing sugar and enjoy!


You can roll the balls in shredded coconut, chopped hazelnuts, flaked almonds, whatever you desire!
