- mustard seed
- frozen garlic cube
- cloves
- white onions
- vegetables
- frozen peas
- tin of chopped tomatoes
- ground coriander
- cumin
- Gara Masala and salt
- fresh cut coriander

Preparation
Step 1
Veggie Curry for the Batty Mummy!!
1 x tspn mustard seeds in boiling hot oil until they start popping
1 x tspn cumin
1 x frozen garlic cube
12 x cloves
Fry off white onions until clear
Add veg cut into small cubes
Add cup of water, stir and leave for 5 minutes
When the veg and potatoes are par cooked, add frozen peas, then stir and give a few minutes
Add a tin of chopped tomatoes, mix and simmer
Add ground coriander and 2 tspn of cumin
Simmer for a few minutes
Add 1 x tbspn Gara Masala and salt
Simmer for 20 minutes
Add fresh cut coriander and serve with warm naan.
Light a candle and open the windows because the smell is VERY strong!!
