- oil
- flour
- seasoning (salt, pepper etc. )

Step 1
peel and chop potatoes into chips (thick or thin)
Step 2
part boil for 15 mins
Step 3
mix flour and seasoning together .
Step 4
drain the potatoes.
Step 5
coat the chips with the flour (completely covered)
Step 6
shallow fry the potatoes for 10 mins .
Step 7
pre heat the oven to gas mark 7 (220C)
Step 8
oven bake chips for around 15 mins until crispy
