Step 1
warm through the pastry cases under grill
Step 2
whisk the evaporated milk until thick with soft peaks
Step 3
slowly add the brown sugar and continue to whisk
Step 4
once all mixed in then pour in to the cases and allow for expansion
Step 5
put under the grill for 12-15mins then allow to cool
