Jelly (any colour)
Boiling Water (Amount on jelly packet)
Tonic Water & Cold Water (Cold water amount on packet = half cold water/half tonic water)

Prepare the jelly to package instructions. Remembering to use half cold water-half tonic water instead of only cold water.

Pour into serving bowls. Then refrigerate until set and serve.

You can use several packets of jelly and just layer them is you want to make rainbow jelly.

Serve with ice cream or add custard, whipped cream and sprinkles for a twist on the traditional trifle.
