Ingredients

  • 3 Tins of Chickpeas
  • 1 tbs oil
  • To this add 2 finely sliced onions
  • Cool till golden in colour
  • Add 1/2 tbs mixed masala
  • 1/4 turmeric
  • 1/4 danhiya
  • Cherry tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

In a heated pan add
1 tbs oil
To this add 2 finely sliced onions
Cool till golden in colour
Add 1/2 tbs mixed masala
1/4 turmeric
1/4 danhiya
Cook for 2-5 min on low heat add Chickpeas and a hand full of cherry tomatoes
Cook a further 3-5 min
Garnish with coriander
