Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 500g (cut very small cubes)
- Cornflour 2 tbsp
- Orange food colouring
- Green Curry Leaves
- 2 whole Green Chillies(put cuts in middle)
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp(finely chopped)
- Mustard seeds
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Marinate chicken with ginger, garlic, salt, orange colouring and cornflour.
Step 2
2. Now heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the chicken pieces until they are light brow and crispy on the outside but succulent and tender inside.
Step 3
3. Heat three tbsp of oil in a pan, when it becomes very hot, add mustard seeds to the pan- beware of hot oil as the seeds will start popping.
Step 4
4. Add green chillies, curry leaves and small pieces of chicken to the pan.
Step 5
5. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and allow them to cook for 3 to 4 mins before removing from pan and serving.
Serve hot with chutney.
