- 2 Portobello mushrooms
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp water
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- oregano

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the marinate mixing together the vinegar, soy sauce, spices and thinning it out with the water.
Step 2
Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and put them to marinate, making sure some liquid is inside the cap too.
Step 3
Leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
Put everything in a pan on medium heat and let cook until the liquid is absorbed and the mushrooms are tender.
