- Fillet/sirloin steak (cut into thin strips)
- Paprika and seasoning.
- Soured cream
- Long grain rice

Fry the onions and mushrooms in butter and set aside to keep warm. Start boiling the rice and peas.
Fry the steak over a high heat, then add to the onions keeping warm.
Heat the paprika in oil for 1 minute, then turn the heat down and add the soured cream.
Add the beef, mushrooms and onions to the mixture and heat through. Serve immediately with the rice and peas.
