  • - 2/3 spoon of sugar
  • - soured cream, 2dl
  • - all type of seasoning (delicates, vegeta)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the cut up cauliflower in water (+ salt, little black pepper, vegeta).

Step 2

Mix the cauliflower with 6 eggs, grated cheese, flour, soured cream.

Step 3

Preheat the oven.
Put butter inside around a casserole dish. Pour the mixture into the dish. Cover it with tin foil and put it into the oven.

Step 4

Once it's almost ready, take off the tin foil and add some grated cheese on the top.
