Peel and drain the pumpkin, cut into cubes. Cook the diced pumpkin in a little butter (almost dry). Drain the pumpkin and mash coarsely, add 4 eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt (a dash of rum if there are no children).
Mix, then add flour with half a packet of yeast and finally the cream.
Pour into a buttered and floured cake tin. Bake for 40 minutes at 210 °C. Serve cold.
