  • - 150g wheat flour
  • - 100 g potato starch
  • - 40 g sugar
  • - 120 g cold butter
  • - 1 egg
  • crumble:
  • - 90 g wheat flour
  • - 40 g potato starch
  • - 35 g sugar
  • - 100 g cold butter
  • apples:
  • - 4 medium-sized apples
  • ~ 1 tbsp sugar
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon

Step 1

sieve both flours, add the sugar and butter. make some kind of crumble.

Step 2

add the egg and knead the dough quickly. leavi in the fridge for an hour.

Step 3

prepare the apples: peel them and cut into quite small pieces. fry on the pan until they are tender. add the sugar and cinnamon. stir and leave until thay are cool.

Step 4

prepare crumble triturating all the ingredients. put into the fridge.

Step 5

prepare the form for muffins, lubricate by butter and sprinkle some breadcrumbs.

Step 6

roll the cooled dough out and pad it out into the form. the form into the fridge for 15 min.

Step 7

preheat the oven into 200*C.

Step 8

poon the "apple butter" into the forms and put cooled crumble richly on each "cupcake".

Step 9

bake them for 25-30 min.
