Ingredients
- 2-3 good size squirels skinned, gutted and deboned
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 sachet of southern fried chicken spice

Preparation
Step 1
cut the meat into bite size chunks, mix the flour and southern fried chicken spice in a small bowl.
Step 2
dip the pieces of meat into the beaten egg and then drop them into the spice and flour mix, cover well in the mix and them drop them into a pan of hot oil for around 4-6 minutes or until the float to the top and have gone a golden brown colour
eat straight away, dont reheat
