Banoffee Pie with Cadbury's Crunchies
If this does not satisfy a sweet craving, nothing will!

- 16 plain tea biscuits, crushed
- 120 g melted butter
- 1 pot of milk jam
- 4 small bananas, sliced
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 2 Cadbury's Crunchies

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter.
Step 2
Pour into a round cake tin with a removable base or cover the base with a circle of greaseproof paper. Pack down well with the back of a spoon and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Put the whipping in the coldest part of the fridge for later.
Step 3
When the base has set, spread the milk jam over the base.
Cover with the sliced bananas.
Step 4
Whip the cold cream until you have a whipped cream that's quite stiff.
Step 5
Break up and crumble the crunchie bars and sprinkle on top.
Refrigerate before serving.
