Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar and 25 cl of water. Add the pearls from Japan and cook them for about 15 minutes over medium heat.

Step 2

Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Add them to the saucepan and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into ramekins and serve warm.
