Panna cotta with cherry cream

Preparation

Step 1

Put the sheets of gelatine in cold water.

Step 2

Heat in a saucepan the cream and sugar until boiling. Remove from heat and add the softened gelatine and stir well.

Step 3

Pour the cream into glasses or dessert bowls, leave to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 4

Wash and stone the cherries.

Step 5

Place them in a saucepan with sugar and a small glass of water. Cook for 5 minutes over high heat (no lid). Then cool. Mix coarsely and reserve.

Step 6

Pour the cherry cream onto the panna cotta when ready to serve.
