Step 1
Soak the fruit overnight with the chopped mint. The next day mix and cook them for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove the mint leaves and pour into jam jars.
Step 2
Once the jars have cooled, cover the jam with paraffin or wax paper dipped in alcohol (less expensive) and close the jars with the lid or wax paper.
