- 400 g of frozen berries
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of milk
- 40 g caster sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 70 g flour
- 1 knob of butter

Step 1
Thaw the fruit and drain before carefully pat drying on paper towels. Butter a rectangular baking dish and reserve. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a bowl, mix the flour, caster sugar, vanilla sugar and mint. Add the eggs and knead the dough into a smooth paste. Add the milk gradually, to thin the dough until it's quite runny. Place the fruit evenly onto the bottom of the buttered dish, cover with the mix.
Bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy cold!
