vanilla cheesecake with chocolate and prunes

that is not a traditional cheesecake, which I remember from my childhood
- - 250 g ricotta cheese
- - 250 g mascarpone
- - 100 g chopped dark chocolate (min. 70%)
- - 50 g chopped prunes
- - 100 g oatcakes
- - 1/2 glas of caster sugar
- - 1 tbsp flour
- - 1 egg white
- - 1 vanilla pod

- For the caramel:
- 100g of sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- For the cake:
- 1kg of mirabelles (or prunes)
- 150g of flour
- 100g of mirabelle jam
- 100g melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of yeast

- 200g smoked lardons
- 750g small potatoes

- 18 pitted prunes
