NUTELLA CUPCAKES

To make cupcakes: Add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a blow and mix thoroughly to combine

- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon instant coffee (recommended: Starbucks Via)
- 1/2 cup hot coffee
- 12Ferrero Rochero
- Nutella Buttercream Frosting:
- 5 large egg whites
- 11/2 cup sugar
- 4 sticks unsalted butter, diced and softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup of Nutella
- Topping:
- 3 oz. chocolate, melted
- 6 Ferrero Rocher, halved

- Chocolate and chopped hazelnuts for topping

Homemade Nutella

Do it youself Nutella - without the palm oil!
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 12 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mild vegetable oil, such as canola
- 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon salt, more or less depending upon your preference
