A Mille-Feuille or Millefeuille is a pastry treat made of three layers of puff pastry and another two layers of pastry cream.
Mille-Feuille meaning "A thousand sheets," not exactly living up to it's advertised layer numbers but a delicious dessert none-the-less.
The top of dessert is usually made sweeter with icing sugar, fondant or is topped with fruit.
