- 2 cups fresh basil (not packed)
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 ounces feta cheese

- 1tsp Paprika
- 1tsp garlic granules
- 1tsp sage
- 1tsp rosemary
- 1tsp thyme
- 1tsp oregano

- 180g sugar
- 75g butter
- 2 eggs
- 250g plain flour
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp mace
- 200ml milk
- extra sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle

scrape vanila seeds into lemon curd and mascapone and mix until just mixed fold in cream, cover and chill
