Creamy pan-fried pork with apple and sage

Ingredients
- 1tsp Paprika
- 1tsp garlic granules
- 1tsp sage
- 1tsp rosemary
- 1tsp thyme
- 1tsp oregano
- 2tbsp flour
- salt and peper
- 4 pork loin steaks
- 1tsp oil
- 1 red onion
- 100g mushrooms
- 1 eating apple
- 150ml apple cider or juice
- 200ml creme fraiche

Preparation
Step 1
combine flower and paprika in boal and coat pork
Step 2
heat oil in large frying pan and add prok until browned, remove pork from pan and set aside
Step 3
add onion, mushrooms abd apples to pan and fry for 2-3 mins. add cider and all herbs. stir in creme fraiche
Step 4
return pork to pan and simmer fro10mins or until cooked throughout
