Ingredients
- 1kg Strong Flour
- 625ml tepid water
- 3tsp yeast
- 2tsp Sugar
- 1tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
add yeast to water and leave to rest and ferment for 10 mins
Step 2
mix all ingredients together, kneed for 5 mins
Step 3
place in a warm place for 30 mins to prove or until doubled in size
Step 4
kneed again and shape, prove for a further 1hr
Step 5
bake for 20 Mins
