- 4tbsp hoisin Sauce
- 2tbsp tomato sauce
- 2tbsp honey
- 1tbsp Soy sauce
- 2tsp sesame oil
- rack of pork ribs

Step 1
mix all wet ingredients together, smother on meat, leave overnight
Step 2
preheat over to 180*c, transfer meat to roasting tin and bake for 20-25mins or until golden
to make the sauce into a thick table sauce, add 1tbsp of cornflour with water to mixture when hot
