Stilton and Mushroom toasts

Cut the baguette into slices about 2cm thick
- 1 x baguette
- 1 x large handful of mushrooms
- 1 x piece of Stilton
- Garlic olive oil
Boursin Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 180. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stalks (save these for a different recipe)
- 1 x packet of closed cup or chestnut mushrooms
- 1 x packet of Boursin
- 1 x packet of shop bought breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Butter
