- 1 x packet of closed cup or chestnut mushrooms
- 1 x packet of Boursin
- 1 x packet of shop bought breadcrumbs

Preheat the oven to 180. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stalks (save these for a different recipe)
Place a small piece of butter in the bottom of each mushroom
Place a teaspoon full of Boursin in each mushroom
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the Boursin and place on a baking try. Drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil.
Place in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden and the mushrooms are cooked.
