Boursin Mushrooms

  • 1 x packet of closed cup or chestnut mushrooms
  • 1 x packet of Boursin
  • 1 x packet of shop bought breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Butter

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stalks (save these for a different recipe)

Step 2

Place a small piece of butter in the bottom of each mushroom

Step 3

Place a teaspoon full of Boursin in each mushroom

Step 4

Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the Boursin and place on a baking try. Drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden and the mushrooms are cooked.
