  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cut into small one inch pieces (Bakers or Yukon are best)
  • 1 cup all purpose flour, divided ( about 4 1/2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut meal, non roasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 gallon water (for boiling)
  • *Makes about 80 gnocchi

  • *This is a recipe for one portion, you need to prepare as much glaze as you plan to serve portions.
  • 1 Tablespoons butter
