- 7 cups unsweetened applesauce (i make with apples from the garden takes about 30 min)
- 2 c apple cider,
- 1 1/2 c honey,
- 1 tsp cinnamon,
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves,
- 1/2 tsp allspice.
