- 400g unsalted butter
- 200ml golden syrup
- 100g cocoa powder
- 800g digestive biscuits
- 200g raisins

Step 1
Put the butter, golden syrup and cocoa powder in a large saucepan over medium heat and heat until melted and smooth.
Step 2
Put the biscuit chinks and raisins in a large bowl and pour in the chocolate mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until everything is well mixed and the biscuits and raisins are evenly dispersed.
Step 3
Press the mixture into the prepared baking tray, using a tablespoon to flatten and compress it. Cover with a sheet of grease proof paper then put in the fridge for 2-3 hours until cold and hard.
