Dutch recipe bread; fresh, light with a taste of sweetness instead of soda. Requires a bread machine, this is not a standard recipe and this is the result of trial and error

- 320ml water (tap or bottle)
- 500gr flour
- 1,5 tablespoon salt
- 1 dinner spoon suiker
- 25gr butter
- 1 teaspoon yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Poor the water in the bread machine
Add flour ensuring all water is covered fully, try equal spreading
Step 2
Add salt in a separate corner
Add sugar in a different separate corner
Add butter in another separate corner
Ensure these elements stay clear from the center to ensure the next step succeeds
Step 3
create a small dimple at the center and apply the yeast in that
Step 4
Start the bread machine on a regular setting having option medium crust and wait for the program to finish*
*-Is based on the Silvercrest Bread Making Machine, for other types apply simular settings (Regular white)
