Ingredients
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 2tsp ofchilli flakes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1tsp of salt
- coriander

Preparation
Step 1
In a pan heat up the chopped tomatoes.
Step 2
in a separate pan roast the garlic with a bit of salt until the skin is black.
Step 3
finely chop the onion ad in a bowl with tomatoes; salt/chilli flakes and squeeze the garlic out of the skin. And mix well.
Step 4
serve with a sprinkling of chopped coriander.
