Step 1
Heat oven to 200c (gas mark 7) and spray plenty of Frylight onto a big oven tray.
Step 2
Cut your washed and unpeeled potatoes into decent sized chips. Place chips on tray and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spray plenty of Frylight onto the chips then bake in the oven until golden. Make sure you shake the tray a couple of times during cooking to ensure the chips cook evenly.
If I'm making a big batch of chips in one tray, I find it can take longer to cook the chips: it often takes about 45 minutes for a big tray to cook.
