- 500g/4oz lean lamb mince
- 1tsp each of ground coriander
- cumin and turmeric
- 2 onions
- very finely chopped
- 4 green chillies
- very finely chopped (or to taste)
- 4 tbsp freshly chopped mint
- 4tsp lemon juice

Gently saute the onion, green chillies, coriander, paprika, cumin, turmeric and garlic in a little low-cal cooking oil for a few minutes.
Place the mince, lemon juice, chopped mint and warm spicy onion mixture into a food processor and whiz together.
Take the mixture out, divide into small patties and grill for 4-5mins each side till mince is cooked through. (or dry fry)
Serve with a little salad
