Doner Kebab

Make your own doner kebab - finally know what's in that delicious after-drinking food!
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon of Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian Herbs (or dried mixed herbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
- 500g of Minced Lamb, (or any other meat your prefer, Beef, etc)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine all ingredients apart from the mince
Step 2
Add the mince and mix thoroughly
Step 3
Take out all your aggression on the kebab mixture and punch and mix until it becomes smooth with no air pockets
Step 4
Shape into a loaf and place into the slow cooker (you can put it on a bed of potato or onion)
Step 5
Cook on high for 3 hours OR low for 6 hours
Step 6
Slice very thinly and serve in a pita bread with coleslaw, salad and your favourite sauce.
