- 500g lean minced lamb
- 1-2 cloves crushed garlic
- ½ a small onion
- 3 tsp dried mint
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp mint sauce
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
