Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Place the sugar and glucose in saucepan with a drop of water and bring to the boil
Once the mixture is turning golden, whisk in the bicarbonate of soda
It will be like a science experiment whilst is bubbles and expands about 10 times the size!
Pour onto the baking sheet
Leave to cool
Break into pieces and mix in with softened ice cream
Put in the freezer
