- Lamb Pieces
- Ginger paste 1 tbs
- Garlic Paste 1 tbs
- Tomatoes 2 medium
- Onions 3 large
- bay leaves 4
- cardamoms 6
- cinnamon sticks 2 small
- salt to taste
- 1-1/2 tbs mixed masala
- 1/4 tbs tumeric
- 1/2 tbs coriander powder
- 1/4 tbs ground cumin

Preparation
Step 1
In a heated pot of oil or ghee add Lamb Pieces
Ginger paste 1 tbs
Garlic Paste 1 tbs
Tomatoes 2 medium
Onions 3 large
bay leaves 4
cardamoms 6
cinnamon sticks 2 small
Step 2
cook for 15/20 mins
add 1-1/2 tbs mixed masala
1/4 tbs tumeric
1/2 tbs coriander powder
1/4 tbs ground cumin
Step 3
Cook for a further 10 minutes
Add the tomatoes and let cook for three mins.
Step 4
Add 1/2 cup water and simmer till done, roughly 5 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with coriander and serve with fluffy basmalti rice.
