Step 1
Heat the oven.
Melt 10 grams of butter in a small saucepan. Lightly butter a egg dish; heat it and lightly salt the bottom and break the eggs into it, pour over with the melted butter and bake in the oven 3 to 4 minutes depending on desired doneness.
Step 2
Remove from the oven and serve immediately in the baking dish.
