Baked Breakfast Omelette
A delicious mildly spiced omelette perfect to start the day.
- 25 buttery spread
- 50g flour
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 4 tablespoons Onion
- 300 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 75g cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley

Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks are formed.
Melt butter into a pan adding the flour, onion, finely sliced jalepeno peppers and mustard, gradually add milk until a thick sauce is formed
Stir in the egg yolks salt and pepper before folding the egg whites into the mixture. Place into an ovenproof dish and grate cheese onto the top and sprinkle with parsley.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
