- Garlic
- Seasoning (salt and pepper at least)
- Carrots
- potatoes
- tin of tomatoes
- butter
- Milk
- Beef stock
- Breadcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes and put in a pan of boiling water with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil then leave on low.
Step 2
Brown the mince, garlic and onions in the oil in a wok. Cook down until nice and brown.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes, stock and carrots and cook down until they are soft. Simmer.
Step 4
While it's simmering, drain the potatoes and mash with butter and a splash of milk. Stop when it's nice and smooth. Mix in breadcrumbs
Step 5
pour your mince mix into 2 containers (it spreads further). Top with potatoes and cook in a moderate over for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with salad and garlic bread. Enjoy!
