Preparation
Step 1
put oven on at 180 degrees, and put sausages in to cook for 20-30 mins or untill cooked. (i tend to use any left over sausages from previous days and whack them in)
Step 2
brown the onion untill golden brown, add and brown the mince and add the mushrooms
Step 3
add 2 tins of tomatoes, add the grated carrot and tom puree, leave to simmer for 20 mins or untill sauce has thickened, par boil the pasta for a 2-3 mins
Step 4
chop the sausages into chunks and add to the sauce, mix the pasta into the sauce and put into a dish,
Step 5
add breadcrumbs ontop of the mix and then grated cheese of your choice (i use chedder) put in the oven for 10 mins untill cheese has browned.
use precooked sausages from the day before and whack them in to save time
