- 1 tsp glycerine
- 500 gm icing sugar

Step 1
Cover with almond paste one-two days before icing.
Step 2
Whisk egg whites in a dry bowl lightly. Then whisk adding small amounts of icing sugar until the mixture is very white and standing in peaks.
