Ingredients
- 5 cups (1200g) cream cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 whole eggs and 2 yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Take all ingredients at room temperature and beat together well.
Step 2
Pour into greased 10 inch pan. Place pan in boiling water bath. Cook at 160C for 45 mins. Open oven door to let cool slowly.
Step 3
Chill before serving.
